If you have bought your new Fred Perry item(s) in one of our physical stores, you will need to return them also to a Fred Perry standalone shop of the same country. A return by post is accepted to the same shop where the item was purchased.
The products should be in their original condition (unworn, in a saleable condition and with the labels attached) and with proof of purchase (either a paper POS receipt or a copy of the e-Receipt). Otherwise, we may be unable to accept your return.
Subject to the exceptions above, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for items purchased from UK Fred Perry standalone shops within 28 days of purchase.
Refunds are only available at Fred Perry standalone shops in the original country of purchase and will be made against the original form of payment. The physical presence of the customer is required.
Goods purchased in a UK full-price Fred Perry shop can be returned to a UK outlet Fred Perry shop and viceversa.
Bought something from one of Fred Perry’s concessions? Please note that these goods can only be returned to the department store of purchase.
If the goods have been purchased in a Fred Perry shop that is located outside of the UK, please refer to the returns policy of the relevant shop or ask the shop directly for details on its returns policy by contacting them or visiting them in store.
If your local Fred Perry shop closed due to COVID-19 restrictions
If your local Fred Perry shop has temporarily closed, we will honour the 28 day refund policy from the original date of purchase, only counting the days that the shop is open.
For example, if you purchased on 19th December and the shop is closed 20th December - 20th January, you have until 16th February to refund your purchase.
If you purchased during our extended refund policy, we will honour the policy once the shop reopens.
Customers can return to any of our shops for a refund within the 28 day window.
