You will be able to get the most recent update about your parcel directly on the courier company website. Log in to My Account and click on View Order to find the tracking number provided to your parcel.
Please be aware that your order details will only show if you have a Fred Perry account. Your order details will not be shown if you have used guest checkout. In this instance you can check your order status using the email confirmation and courier notifications sent to you.
The tracking information will show the progress of your order. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's severely overdue, please contact our Customer Care Team, quoting your order number, and we will investigate this further.
