If you are encountering an issue when placing an order with us, we would recommend you double check your address information.
Your address details (especially your billing address) should exactly match the details held by your card issuer. Issue numbers and dates are only required if they appear on the front of your card. If they do not, you can leave these fields in blank.
Please make sure you enable all pop-ups on your computer for your bank to redirect you to their security page. These work better if you use a browser like Google Chrome or Firefox Mozilla.
We would also suggest checking with your bank to ensure they are not blocking your card for use in our website. Some banks do block cards on international websites as a security measure against fraud.
