At the moment, Fred Perry does not cover the cost of international returns by post.
You can make your return via your local Post Office or a Courier of your choice.
For your protection, we advise that you use a tracked and recorded delivery service and obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Please bear in mind that all items are inspected by our warehouse team. Full refund will be issued if returning item/s is/are within our return policy.
Clearly mark on the delivery & returns note included with your order which items you are returning; the reason for returning them. We no longer offer exchanges. All orders that are returned to us will be refunded.
Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your parcel before sending.

Please remember to write your order number clearly on the form, in the Delivery & Returns Note section and your details (name and address) in the Customer Copy section. Please add the information regarding the goods you are returning (style code, style description, colour, size, quantity, price) and don't forget to specify a reason code.
We need all this information in order to process your refund.
Finally, don't forget to enclose the Delivery & Returns note in your parcel with any returning item(s).
