Zero Tolerance Policy

Fred Perry operate a zero tolerance policy throughout the brand.

Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from fear of abuse, either physical or verbal.

Any inappropriate language or conduct is not acceptable.

Abuse towards any of the protected characteristics such as those listed below will not be tolerated towards our staff.

These include the following although this is not an exhaustive list :

• Using bad language and or swearing
• Physical violence or aggressive behaviour of any kind
• Verbal abuse including personal insults
• Age
• Disability
• Sex or sexual orientation
• Gender reassignment
• Marriage and civil partnership
• Race
• Religion or belief
• Pregnancy or maternity

Please be aware that if you display any of the above behaviours to our Customer Service team online your message may be deleted or not responded to. In shops, you may be asked to leave our premises or the Police may be called should you behave in a manner which is deemed to fall within these grounds or is felt to be inappropriate.
