UPS Access Point Delivery

You have the option of Standard Delivery at the cost of € 3.50 (Free for Loyalty members) or Express Delivery for €6.

You will be provided with an estimated delivery date on the checkout page, for when you can expect your order to arrive.

UPS Access Points are conveniently located in retail outlets such as newsagents or grocery stores. You can search for UPS Access Points in your local area during the checkout process and choose to have your order delivered to the one most convenient for you.

When your order arrives at your chosen UPS Access Point, you will be notified by email or SMS that the parcel is ready for collection. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel.

You will need to present one of the following recognised forms of ID: Government-issued photo ID as driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID. Any other photo ID containing your full name will also be valid, along with one of the following documents containing your full name: Utility/phone bill, wage slip, or bank statement.

If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they need to bring your photo ID based on the above criteria, as well as show their own government-issued ID.
