The Fred Perry Virtual Retail Store experience will utilise video calling services and will require that you share certain personal data (including your image (via the video), contact and billing details, and preferences) as part of the shopping experience. These sessions will not be recorded

Should you have any concerns, or wish to ask a question to a member of the Fred Perry team, you can do so by utilising the “Contact Us” form on the website. If you do not wish for Fred Perry to process your data as part of the Virtual Retail Store experience, please do not proceed with your appointment booking.
If you have purchased an item via our virtual payment link you will be refunded in the same manner. Refunds will be processed once the goods are received back to our shop. Once we receive your parcel, it will be processed within 3 working days (during busy periods it can be longer). Please allow an additional 2-5 days for the credit to post to your account, as each bank's processing times vary.
Please note that we do not have any control over this part of the process. We are not liable for, and cannot take any responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
We will refund you the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. You must let us know in writing by email to the store from which you purchased the goods, stating your wish to cancel the contract and ensuring you quote the order number in all correspondence. We will refund you the original purchase price and any delivery charges if applicable. If you have already received the goods, you will need to return the entire order by contacting the original shop from which you purchased the goods. They will arrange a courier to collect the parcel or arrange for the goods to be posted via the post office.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and, if possible, with all packaging. Items returned must be unworn, in re-sellable condition and with tickets intact. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our swimwear items, unless faulty. Fred Perry reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back.
Please note that we are only able to exchange an item for the same style in a different colour/size. Items must be returned to the country of purchase.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account details have expired
- The original account no longer exists
