Klarna is a payment method available to customers in the Germany.
You can choose Klarna if you are over 18, and have the same German billing and delivery address. You can also deliver to a UPS access point, so long as the first three digits of the access point address match those of the billing address.
The way it works: Once you have placed your order, Klarna will carry out an identity and credit check based on your phone number and email address. If your order is successfully verified, we’ll send an email confirmation of the order. As soon as the order has been shipped, you’ll receive an invoice via email from Klarna containing a link to the Klarna payment page. You have 14 days to pay for your order via debit or credit card.
Please note that each individual credit assessment is different, and if your purchase attempt fails, you may be able try again with a smaller purchase amount.
The Fred Perry 28-day returns policy is unaffected by the 14-day payment deadline. However, purchases made using Klarna cannot be returned in-store. For more details on our returns policy, click here.
If you wish to return all items from your order, your Klarna invoice will be cancelled. However if you wish to make a partial return, you have two options. You can pay your Klarna invoice in full within the 14-day deadline, or you can request to extend your Klarna payment deadline to avoid late fees. You can request to extend your invoice period by up to a week in Klarna’s online portal. Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify Klarna, who will contact you regarding your refund payment.
If you have any further questions about your purchase invoice or invoice payment, please contact Klarna directly.
