How do I return my online order to you?

Good news – we’re now offering free returns on all orders from the European Union.

European Union Returns:

Clearly, mark on the delivery & returns note included with your order which items you are returning and the reason for returning them. 

Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your parcel before sending.

If you can't locate your Delivery & Returns Note, you can download a blank one by clicking here

 

Non-European Union Returns:
At the moment, Fred Perry does not cover the cost of Non European Union returns by post. If you have made a purchase, please return to the following address in the Netherlands.

You are welcome to use the service of your choice to send us your return, whether this is your local Post Office or a courier, however please be informed if your parcel became stuck in customs we cannot be responsible for any fees incurred.

For your protection, we advise that you use a recorded and tracked delivery service and obtain a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
