Unfortunately you cannot return by post an item purchased in a Fred Perry shop.
If you have bought your new Fred Perry item(s) in one of our physical stores, you will need to return them also to a Fred Perry standalone shop of the same country.
The products should be in their original condition (unworn, in a saleable condition and with the labels attached) and with proof of purchase (either a paper POS receipt or a copy of the e-Receipt). Otherwise, we may be unable to accept your return.
Subject to the exceptions above, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for items purchased from Fred Perry standalone shops within 28 days of purchase.
Refunds are only available at Fred Perry standalone shops in the original country of purchase and will be made against the original form of payment.
Goods purchased in a Full Price Fred Perry shop cannot be returned to an Outlet Fred Perry shop.
Outlets purchases can be returned to both Outlets and Full Price shops.
Bought something from one of Fred Perry’s concessions? Please note that these goods can only be returned to the department store of purchase.
If the goods have been purchased in a Fred Perry shop that is located outside of the country of purchase, please refer to the returns policy of the relevant shop or ask the shop directly for details on its returns policy by contacting them or visiting them in-store.
