Can I return by post an item purchased in a Fred Perry shop?

I you have bought your new Fred Perry item(s) in one of our physical stores, you will need to return them also to a Fred Perry standalone shop of the same country.

Subject to the exceptions below, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for items purchased from US Fred Perry standalone shops within 28 days of purchase.

You must return the items to a US Fred Perry standalone shop in their original condition (unworn, in a saleable condition and with tickets attached) and with proof of purchase (either a paper POS receipt or a copy of the eReceipt) – if not, we may be unable to accept them. Refunds are only available at Fred Perry standalone shops in the original country of purchase and will be made against the original form of payment.

Goods purchased in a US full-price Fred Perry shop can be returned to a US outlet Fred Perry shop and viceversa.

Bought something from one of Fred Perry’s concessions? Please note that these goods can only be returned to the department store of purchase.
