Can I cancel or change my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or amend quantity, colour, style code once an order has been placed.

You can still contact our Customer Experience Team here to request a change of address  if the order has not been dispatched yet.

If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been dispatched, you could either refuse the delivery or send it back to us by following our returns procedure.
