How do I cancel my order under the Distance Selling Regulations?

In line with EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 calendar days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.

How to cancel

You can cancel your order using our online order cancellation form. Please have your order number and email address to hand. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our team will do their best to stop your order before it is despatched. We will be in touch within 2 business days to confirm whether we have been able to stop your order from being despatched. Your cancellation will still remain valid.

If your order has already been despatched

If your order has already left our warehouse, you will need to return the items to us. Customers in EU member states can return their order free of charge, please follow our returns procedure for details.

Refunds

Following your cancellation, we will refund your original purchase price including standard delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or because it is faulty, please contact our Customer Experience Team directly and they will guide you through the process.
