RETURN WITH COLLECT+
Return your unwanted items as conveniently as possible at a Collect+ Drop Point in one of thousands of local corner shops, shopping centres and petrol stations. With many Drop Points open 7 days a week with flexible hours, Collect+ offers a simple alternative to the Post Office at absolutely no cost.
To return your unwanted items through Collect+:
1. Simply mark on the delivery & returns note included with your order which items you are returning and the reason for returning them for a refund. Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your parcel before sending.
2. Carefully peel off the Collect+ label and attach it to your parcel, ensuring that all original delivery labels are covered to avoid confusion.
3. Take your parcel to one of the Collect+ Drop Points. You will be given a receipt and tracking code to monitor your parcel online.

Please note you will need a printer if you download the blank Delivery & Returns Note or if you create a new Collect+ label.
Looking to return an order purchased from a Fred Perry shop?
Please note, products from the Gorillaz collaboration cannot be returned to a Fred Perry Shop.
If your local Fred Perry shop has temporarily closed, we will honour the 28 day refund policy from the original date of purchase, only counting the days that the shop is open.
For example, if you purchased on 19th December and the shop is closed 20th December - 20th January, you have until 16th February to refund your purchase.
If you purchased during our extended refund policy, we will honour the policy once the shop reopens.
Customers can return to any of our shops for a refund within the 28 day window.
