At the moment, customers living outside of the UK are responsible for any costs in returning items back to us. Please visit our International Returns page for more information.
RETURN WITH YODEL
Return your unwanted items as conveniently as possible at a Yodel Store in one of thousands of local corner shops, shopping centres and petrol stations. With many Drop Points open 7 days a week with flexible hours, Yodel offers a simple alternative to the Post Office at absolutely no cost.
To return your unwanted items through Yodel:
1. Simply mark on the delivery & returns note included with your order which items you are returning and the reason for returning them for a refund. Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your parcel before sending.
2. Carefully peel off the Yodel label and attach it to your parcel, ensuring that all original delivery labels are covered to avoid confusion.
3. Take your parcel to your nearest Yodel Store. You will be given a receipt and tracking code to monitor your parcel online.

Please note you will need a printer if you download the blank Delivery & Returns Note or if you create a new Yodel label.
You can also return your online order at one of our Shops. Find your local shop on our Shop Finder. You can return an order to our shops for a refund within the 28 day window.
