If the item was purchased online, please note it can be returned via our free return service, with Yodel, for a refund only, which will be processed to the original form of payment.

Please note your online order can also be returned to our Full Price Shops for an exchange. All you would need to know is the order number originally given to the buyer.
If this was bought in one of our shops, you will only be able to exchange this purchase in one of our stores presenting the e-receipt/gift receipt.
In both cases (online purchase or in store purchase), you will be able to exchange your item for the same price or higher (and pay the difference) - no money can be refunded to you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any money if you choose to exchange for a lower priced item.
